Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: Classic Villas requires any cancellation to be submitted in writing via e-mail to reservations@classicvillas.com with receipt request. Cancellation Policy will apply to all reservations made with CV. The day of receipt of the cancellation request will apply as effective date for the cancellation policy to take effect.
Cancellation of reservation 30 days or more before arrival: 50% cancellation fee applies. Cancellation 29 days or less to date of arrival: total booking amount is non-refundable. However, guest will have six-months from original arrival date, to use credit towards a future stay.
Credit Card convenience fees are non-refundable.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against cancellations due to family illness, loss of job, death in the family and named storms.

Deposit Policy

$300 Deposit on all bookings less than 21-days. $500 deposit on all bookings 21 days or more
If booking within 4 weeks of rental then payment is due in full.

Deposits are applied to the total rental
14 day rental or less, $300 required at time of booking
More than 14 day rental, $500 required at time of booking
Balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date
Any booking made less than 45 days of arrival date requires full payment at time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be used towards a future booking within six-months of original rental dates. More information available upon request.
