We have beautiful, private pool homes available, close to Disney and other theme parks. Spend the day at the theme parks, shopping at the Outlets or lounging by your pool. In the evening, step out onto your private pool deck and enjoy a glass of wine; this is vacationing at its’ best!
Whether you’re coming to Florida for a weekend get-a-way, a family trip to Disney, for sporting events or just to get away from the cold and snow for a month, two or three, we’ve got a house for you!
Why stay in a cramped hotel room when you can enjoy all the comforts of home! Eating out is expensive; our villas have fully equipped kitchens! With a choice of three to five bedroom homes, some which have game rooms, all that have your own private pool, we’re sure you’ll find one that is just right!
Our villas are 8 to 15 miles from the gates of Disney, close to Universal, Sea World, and less than 20 miles to Lego Land. Centrally located, you’re just an hour from Busch Gardens, Cocoa Beach, the Kennedy Space Center, the Gulf Coast or St. Petersburg , and if you love golf, you’re definitely in the right place!
What to expect during your stay
The pool is cleaned and checked once per week, the landscapers will be taking care of the lawn and if maintenance needs to address any issues our staff will leave you a note and let you know things have been taken care of for you. Please, don’t forget to ALWAYS, leave the villa key IN the lockbox. Trust me when I say it’s not a good thing to put the key in your pocket when you’re headed to the theme parks, out for shopping or anywhere else for that fact. The safest and most reliable “keeper of the key” is the lockbox. It’s not a good feeling when you reach into your pocket for that key, only to realize….it’s not there. Locksmiths are very expensive especially when it’s outside of normal business hours.
In your villa is a Welcome book that will provide you with important details about the villa you’re staying in. You know, little things like, “what’s the Wi-Fi password”? The book contains things such as the emergency after hours phone number (we hope you won’t need this), information about the AC, small appliances and what to do on the day of check out.
